Key Responsibilities for Employee Relations Specialist:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within the Fargo, North Dakota location
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and issues in a timely and confidential manner
- Collaborate with HR business partners to develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs
- Conduct training sessions on topics such as conflict resolution, harassment prevention, and employee conduct

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in employee relations or a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification or other HR certifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of best practices in employee relations and HR policy development
- Experience using HRIS systems for data management and reporting

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Employee Relations Specialist position at Nike in Fargo, North Dakota is $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
