Position Summary

Ro is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our New Business team. As a REMOTE SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential enterprise clients. This is a full-time, fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be responsible for researching target accounts, developing outreach strategies, and engaging with key decision-makers to schedule product demonstrations for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients within target industries.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges, and articulate the value proposition of Ro's solutions.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and introductory calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve overall sales performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Ro's product offerings.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Company-provided laptop and headset.
  • Ability to work during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).
  • Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Desired Skills

  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations or related industries.
  • Familiarity with telehealth and digital health technologies.
  • Experience using sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams using tools like Slack, Asana, or similar.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this REMOTE position is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission based on achieving sales targets. Ro also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
