Key Responsibilities for ESG/Sustainability Manager:

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG/sustainability management within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) and experience in ESG reporting and disclosure.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability trends, climate change mitigation strategies, and stakeholder engagement practices.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CSR-P, GSCP, or equivalent.
- Experience working with ESG software platforms for data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with sustainable finance principles and impact investing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the ESG/Sustainability Manager position at General Electric (GE) in Little Rock, Arkansas, is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
