Key Responsibilities for Executive Assistant:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within the organisation.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the organisation of events, conferences, and other corporate functions.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for meetings and presentations.
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of executives.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry or a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of banking operations and terminology.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional language skills would be an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Executive Assistant position at Lloyds Banking Group in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is £25,000 to £35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
