Key Responsibilities for Executive Assistant:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in project management activities, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating team efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and articulate manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the retail industry or a similar corporate setting.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Additional language skills would be advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
