Key Responsibilities for Facilities Coordinator:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and invoices to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) or related credentials.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make informed recommendations.
- Project management skills to oversee facility-related projects.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Facilities Coordinator position at Amazon Canada in Edmonton, Alberta, is between $55,000 to $70,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
