Key Responsibilities for Facilities Coordinator:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) is a plus
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in facility management
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Facilities Coordinator position at Kelly Services in Richmond, Virginia is $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
