Key Responsibilities For Facilities Coordinator:
- Coordinate and oversee all facilities management activities at the Columbus, Ohio location
- Maintain and monitor building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement emergency procedures
- Plan and execute office space planning and relocations as needed
- Procure and manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for facility-related expenditures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in facilities coordination or related role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite and facilities management software
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or similar credential
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Facilities Coordinator position at Randstad in Columbus, Ohio is $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
