Position Summary
Chevron is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide expert financial guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions related to retirement, investments, taxes, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a passion for delivering personalized solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' goals, including retirement planning, social security optimization, and estate planning.
- Advise clients on investment products, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Provide tax-efficient financial solutions to minimize liabilities and maximize returns.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years of experience in financial advising or a related field.
- Proven expertise in retirement planning, social security, investment products, tax planning, and estate planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
Required Education
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or CPA) are a plus.
Desired Skills
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients or corporate retirement plans.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Chevron offers a competitive salary range of $59,000 to $124,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
