Key Responsibilities for Financial Advisor:

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or related field
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics

Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate it effectively to clients
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Financial Advisor position at RBC Royal Bank in Calgary, Alberta, is between $60,000 to $80,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
