Key Responsibilities for Financial Analyst:
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and forecasts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field
- CPA or CFA certification
- Experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Continuous learning mindset and proactive approach to professional development
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Financial Analyst position at EY in Los Angeles, California is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
