Key Responsibilities for Financial Planner:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Develop personalized financial plans encompassing investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and estate planning.
- Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, financial products, and market trends to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with their evolving goals and market conditions.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals within Desjardins Group to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or working towards achieving it.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, taxation, insurance, and retirement planning.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Financial Planner position at Desjardins Group in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada is between $60,000 to $80,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
