Key Responsibilities for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Evaluate business initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA
- Experience in consulting or advisory services
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and standards
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools for financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
