Key Responsibilities for FinTech Product Manager:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products or services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for the FinTech Product Manager position at SoFi in Boston, Massachusetts is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
