Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Prepare variance analysis reports and presentations to communicate key findings and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software applications
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
Desired Skills:
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the FP&A Analyst position at Crowe LLP in Houston, Texas is competitive and based on experience, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.
