Key Responsibilities For FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Develop and maintain financial models to support the strategic planning process
- Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to monitor and control financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes and drive business growth
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the banking or finance industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or related field
- Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
