Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights to senior management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes and drive business performance

- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for monitoring financial health
- Support the annual budgeting process and provide financial guidance to different business units

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
