Key Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent:

- Assist with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry

- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Desired Skills:

- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment

- Certification in hospitality or related field
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Front Desk Agent position at Four Seasons Hotels in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada is between $30,000 to $40,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
