Position Summary

M&T Bank is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role will focus on creating high-quality print and digital designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visually compelling layouts and compositions.
• Manage print production processes, including prepress preparation, color correction, and proofing.
• Apply expertise in color theory and management to ensure accurate and consistent print results.
• Maintain organized files and adhere to project timelines while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in print design and production.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 12 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on print materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and other print design software.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and typography principles.
• Knowledge of print production processes, including prepress and color management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce error-free designs.
• Familiarity with print industry standards and best practices.

Required Education

A Post Graduate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch.
• Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

M&T Bank offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $119,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
