Position Summary

Quinn Emanuel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Performance Marketing Analyst specializing in PPC to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. As a Growth Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing paid search campaigns across various platforms. You will play a critical role in driving qualified leads and contributing to the firm's overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and has a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Write compelling ad copy and landing page content that drives conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members, including SEO specialists, content creators, and web developers, to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Contribute to virtual team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Participate in virtual team-building activities to foster a strong remote team culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy writing, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Experience with remote work collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated home office space with a professional and quiet environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed).
  • Computer with up-to-date operating system and sufficient processing power to run marketing software.
  • Webcam and microphone for virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work during core business hours, which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this remote position is $75,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. Quinn Emanuel offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
