Position Summary HubSpot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth SEO Specialist - Growth Hacking to join our dynamic and fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative SEO strategies that drive organic growth, increase website traffic, and improve search engine rankings. You will leverage data-driven insights, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices to identify and implement growth hacking tactics. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, off-page link building, and content optimization. Execute growth hacking experiments to rapidly test and iterate on SEO strategies. Analyze website traffic and search engine performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Track, measure, and report on the performance of SEO campaigns. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on growth hacking and experimentation. Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Must reside in the United States. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Technical Requirements As a remote employee, you will be responsible for maintaining a suitable home office environment. The following technical requirements must be met: Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed). Dedicated workspace free from distractions. Strong project management skills. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this remote position is $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
