Key Responsibilities for Guidance Counselor:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students

- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience working with diverse student populations

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Guidance Counselor position at College of the North Atlantic is between $50,000 and $70,000 CAD, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
