Key Responsibilities for HGV Driver:
- Safely and responsibly operate Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) to transport goods to designated locations
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies while driving
- Perform vehicle checks before and after each journey, reporting any defects or issues promptly
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance activities

Required Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of UK road transport regulations
- Clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points

Desired Skills:
- Experience in multi-drop deliveries
- Knowledge of refrigerated transport operations
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range: £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience and qualifications
