Key Responsibilities For Hotel Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate activities and optimize overall hotel performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Hotel Manager position at Chateau Lake Louise is between $70,000 and $90,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
