Key Responsibilities for HR Administrative Assistant:
- Support the HR department with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and communicating with candidates.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents including offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance employee engagement and development.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices to ensure compliance with regulations.

Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Experience in a municipal or government setting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously.
