Key Responsibilities for HR Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of HR practices and regulations.

Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience with HR software such as Workday or ADP.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the HR Administrative Assistant position at Kaiser Permanente in Louisville, Kentucky is $40,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience.
