Position Summary Linde plc is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our remote team. This role will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HRIS management, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to the success of a global industry leader. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive new hire experience. Maintain and update HRIS (HR Information Systems) to ensure accurate and compliant employee records. Assist with employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Support benefits administration, leave management, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and process improvements. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Required Qualifications 5 to 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role. Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong technical aptitude for HR software. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee onboarding, and record keeping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements. Required Education Others: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Desired Skills Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Familiarity with global HR practices and multi-country compliance. Strong project management and organizational skills. Compensation & Benefits Linde plc offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $63,000 to $96,000, based on experience and qualifications.
