Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our remote team. This role will be pivotal in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations to support Aurobindo Pharma's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, onboarding, and HR software, with the ability to manage a diverse workforce in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Aurobindo Pharma.
- Manage end-to-end talent sourcing, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Utilize HR software to streamline processes, maintain employee records, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Proven expertise in talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
Required Education
Others: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
Desired Skills
- Experience working in a multinational or remote HR role.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits
Aurobindo Pharma offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
