Key Responsibilities for Human Resources Manager:

Required Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling HR issues
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with HRIS systems for data management and analytics
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR metrics and trends
