Key Responsibilities for Internal Auditor:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes
- Evaluate compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Analyze and assess financial data to identify discrepancies and potential risks
- Prepare audit reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with various teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with data analytics and audit software tools
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
