Key Responsibilities for Inventory Controller:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitor inventory movements and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy

- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize inventory management processes
- Generate reports on inventory performance and present findings to management

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM) would be an asset
- Experience with ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Inventory Controller position at Canadian Pacific Kansas City in Windsor, Ontario, Canada is between $55,000 to $70,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
