Key Responsibilities for Investment Banking Associate:

- Support senior team members in deal structuring and negotiations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking or related financial services

- Excellent understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or CFA certification
- Experience with industry-specific software and tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
- Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges
- Proven track record of successful deal execution and client relationship management
