Key Responsibilities for IT Manager:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support O2's business objectives
- Manage and oversee the IT department, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure the security and integrity of O2's IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for improvement
- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and upgrades
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) would be advantageous
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cloud computing technologies and migration strategies
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
