- Deliver professional services and expertise in lawyer

- Maintain current knowledge of Canadian industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Participate in professional development and continuing education activities
- Contribute to the organization's strategic goals and maintain professional standards

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Canada
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with provincial bar admission and significant legal practice experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Legal Writing
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada
