Key Responsibilities for Legal Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team including preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage and organize legal files, documents, and records ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the legal team.
- Assist in preparing for court proceedings, hearings, and meetings by compiling relevant materials and information.
- Conduct legal research and gather information as required by the legal team.
- Handle incoming inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and sensitive information.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Legal Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a legal administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and legal software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Experience working in a corporate legal department.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Legal Administrative Assistant position at Bell Canada in Richmond, British Columbia, is between $45,000 to $55,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
