Key Responsibilities for Legal Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
- Assist in conducting legal research and compiling information for various legal matters.

- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Legal Administration or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with legal case management software.
- Knowledge of Canadian legal system and regulations.
- Previous experience in a corporate legal department.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Additional certifications in legal administration or related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Legal Administrative Assistant position at Microsoft Canada in Lethbridge, Alberta, is between $45,000 to $55,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
