Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional services and expertise in legal expert
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives
- Maintain current knowledge of Canadian industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Participate in professional development and continuing education activities

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Canada
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with active provincial bar license and specialized legal expertise
- Demonstrated proficiency in Legal Research
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada
