Key Responsibilities for Librarian:
- Develop and maintain library collections to meet the academic needs of students and faculty

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA-accredited program
- Experience working in an academic library setting

Desired Skills:
- Experience with digital library initiatives and electronic resources management
- Knowledge of emerging trends in scholarly communication and open access

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for the Librarian position at York University in Richmond, British Columbia, is between $60,000 to $80,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
