Key Responsibilities for Line Cook:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following the menu specifications
- Ensure food quality meets the established standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the kitchen
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and specials
- Support in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant certification
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Creativity in food presentation and menu development
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of different culinary techniques and cuisines

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Line Cook position at Chateau Lake Louise is between $35,000 to $45,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
