Key Responsibilities For Line Cook:
- Prepare high-quality dishes following the established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in the development of menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a smooth kitchen operation
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Line Cook position at Westin Hotels in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada is between $35,000 to $45,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
