Position Summary
The Marketing Analyst will work remotely to support Aurobindo Pharma’s commercial strategy by transforming raw market data into actionable insights. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams—including product management, sales, and finance—to evaluate market trends, assess campaign performance, and recommend data‑backed initiatives that enhance market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and integrate large datasets from internal CRM systems, external market research vendors, and public sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, market penetration, and promotional effectiveness.
- Perform statistical analyses (e.g., regression, clustering) to identify drivers of product performance and forecast future demand.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership and regional marketing teams.
- Collaborate with product managers to design A/B tests, evaluate campaign ROI, and refine go‑to‑market strategies.
- Document data models, transformation logic, and analytical methodologies to ensure reproducibility and compliance with data governance standards.
- Continuously monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and propose process improvements to enhance data reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging analytical techniques to provide forward‑looking recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 9 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, including libraries for data manipulation (pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling (scikit‑learn, statsmodels).
- Hands‑on experience creating visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Demonstrated ability to cleanse, transform, and model large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of presenting data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical problem‑solving mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and solid business acumen.
Required Education
Post‑graduate degree (e.g., Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline) is mandatory.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with additional programming languages such as R or SAS.
- Experience with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $97,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
