Key Responsibilities for Medical Office Coordinator:

Required Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing software.
Desired Skills:
- Certification as a Medical Office Manager (CMOM) or Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA).
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.
- Multilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
