Key Responsibilities For Medical Office Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the medical office, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient scheduling and ensure timely patient care
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support smooth operations

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, billing practices, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical office software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, training, and performance management
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Certification in Medical Practice Management (CMPE) or similar credentials
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA regulations, and risk management practices
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong customer service orientation and patient-focused approach
