Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Support the HR department with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel records
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow within the organisation
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
