Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Office Administrator position at Manulife in Markham, Ontario, Canada is between $45,000 to $55,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
