Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
- Manage office operations, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of payroll and HR systems.
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Multilingual abilities would be an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
