Key Responsibilities for Office Coordinator:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for management.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Ensure the office premises are well-maintained, clean, and organized.
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with office management software and tools.
- Knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Certification in office administration or related field would be an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
