Key Responsibilities for Office Coordinator:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Required Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration or related field

Desired Skills:
- Experience with office management software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience
