Key Responsibilities For Office Manager:
- Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective office functionality.
- Manage office supply inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are always in stock.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering.
- Assist in budget preparation and office expense management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with office management software, like MS Office 365 and QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Ability to implement and maintain procedural/administrative systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
