Key Responsibilities For Patient Experience Manager:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a patient experience or customer service management role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing patient experience improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Desired Skills:
- Masterโ€™s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Certification in Patient Experience or Customer Service Management
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive patient experience enhancements
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Patient Experience Manager position at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Newark, New Jersey, is between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
